The final decision on what constitutes an “exceptional circumstance” rests solely with the Dom Academy Refund Review Team and is not subject to appeal.

  • Requests based on exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the circumstance occurring, accompanied by documented evidence (e.g., an official medical report).

  • Course Deferral: If we allow a student to defer their course to a later intake, they automatically forfeit any future right to request a financial refund for that specific course.
